Eiskalt - a word like concrete. Cracked, old, but load-bearing. This is reflected in their art. The twins, inseparable, united by a silent agreement: to feel everything, to explain nothing. Their pictures are created like their relationship to the world - spontaneous, contradictory, relentlessly true.
They work like two halves of a single thought. No concept, no design, just the impulse. Their works grow out of the moment.

Abandoned things, spit out by capitalism, find new dignity in their hands. It is upcycling as a protest - against waste, against indifference.

And yet there is a strange coldness about it all. Not because of lack, but because everything is on fire. The world, the system, the bodies - exhausted by the permanent state of crisis. Her art is cool as steel and burning like tinder at the same time. A combination of opposites. Just like before - only now everyone is watching.
